The Polk Street staging was a challenge and we LOVE that! It’s nestled directly across the street from our town’s high school and had been renovated from top to bottom! However, wanting to keep the original character, the layout was different from most homes and it was hard for buyers to envision living in the space. We chose specific pieces and a plan that would enhance everything that had been updated/rebuilt/improved in the home and also show potential buyers what living in this home would be like… right down to the football posters signed by the team!

The styles of the finishes and fixtures ranged from rustic elegance to modern boho and farmhouse glam… so we wanted to make sure we used items that incorporated each of the styles and pulled them all together with the decor.

We love how open this house feels from front to back! It might be set up a little differently- but that’s what makes it custom! We wanted to stage it to make it feel like the best mix of new, big city digs and small, hometown charm… and it really felt like that!
