There is no set staging plan. They are all different and unique to the house/seller/agent that we are working with.

Staging is where we stand out. We create custom staging plans as both designers that know the styles that work for particular houses, clientele, etc. and also as real estate professionals who understand what all is necessary for selling the home in the current housing market.

…and what’s great about staging is that it can be done ANY time during home ownership. We love meeting with clients who plan on moving in 3-5 years and want to make design decisions that work for the family now- but also need to add value to the home for the future.

We have a very large inventory of furnishings that include everything from modern art pieces to antique serving platters; leather sofas to rod iron beds.

Sometimes all it takes is a walkthrough and a very detailed consultation with the seller. Sometimes there are contractors that need to be called in!

One of our greatest types of stagings is the “vision table” staging. We show buyers what they could do to the current space, while they’re in it! Paint, flooring and hardware samples… all set up right inside the home!
