Back to back B + A.

This staging is a great back-to-back example of the difference staging a home can make for a seller. When done correctly- not only does it neutralize any bold existing style/decor… but it also shows off the space and all of it’s selling-features (fireplaces, countertops, etc.) to the buying public. Knowing who your target “buyer” is makes a key difference in how you approach a staging. We take multiple things into account when planning and presenting a staging strategy to the client, not simply what looks good!

The Atlanta Condo

Truly- the smaller the home, the more significant staging becomes. Not just for showing it off… but for really SELLING it. This condo needed just a little bit of TLC after the owner left. So that’s what we did!

Fairhill Lane.

This row of beautiful homes has been a favorite of ours. We have staged 5 in there so far and each one’s transformation has thrilled us!
