Oh, the precious Burnt Hickory ‘homestead’ as we lovingly referred to it…

The location of this home was phenomenal: right on the line of Cobb/Paulding Counties, close to shopping and restaurants, but surrounded by a plethora of gorgeous trees on some acreage… this home felt like a total escape! It had its own ‘barn’ out back… it had room to plant gardens or treehouses… it was just a charming little piece of property that we couldn’t wait to show off!

The first thing we did was change a few of the fixtures (lighting and mirrors) and then got to work filling it with pieces that also appeared to have character, age and even wisdom… just like the house itself.

Funny enough- the buyer liked the way it was staged so much, they purchased a few of the items! Win-win for everyone! We love when that happens!!
